Downloads and License Keys

We offer a 30-day warranty on all license keys. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange if there is a problem with the license.

Refunds are not permitted if the code has already been sent. Downloads and product keys are non-refundable, but we will assist you with exchanges or new download links.

These codes are issued only once and are strictly personal. Due to this, no statutory right of withdrawal applies, and you do not have a 14-day cooling-off period as with a "normal" Internet purchase.
